摘要
以地理信息系统技术为基础,利用计算机全面管理供水管网资料、辅助规划和决策,设计和实现了面向可持续发展的城市供水管网信息系统。系统包含图库管理、管网输入编辑、管网管理查询、管网维护、管线规划设计、事故处理、运行调度、Web发布、办公自动化等子系统,在地下空间有效利用、水资源保护、事故处理、防灾减灾以及工程合理组织等方面都提供了有力的自动化手段。
Traditionally the information of urban water supply pipelines was managed by manual work. This management pattern not only resulted in very heavy work and inconvenience for planning, management and maintenance of pipelines, but also went against urban sustainable development. Hence, an urban water supply pipeline information system oriented to sustainable deve-lopment was designed and developed, which applied geographic information system as technological basis, managed integrated water supply pipeline data and gave aids for planning and decision-making. This system included several subsystems such as map library management, pipeline inputting & editing, pipeline querying, pipeline maintenance, accident handling, design aiding, run scheduling, office automation, Web issuing, etc. It provided powerful automatic means for effectively using underground space, protecting water source, handling accidents, preventing & mitigating disasters, and properly arranging construction projects.
