摘要
针对真空碳热还原过程中,粉状物料出现的喷料现象,我们通过用焦煤代替石墨粉和在还 原工艺前增加真空焦结工艺的方法,使之得以成功解决。而且实验证明了此法是行之有 效的。
In order to solve the problem of powder materials spraying out of crucible at high temperature in the vacuum carbothermic process, the graphite powder is substituted by coking coal and vacuum coking process is added before reducing process, And such methods hqve proved themselves very effective through some experiments .
