摘要
在我国高等教育迅猛发展的今天,新升格的地方高师院校必须找准定位、把握发展机遇,才能在激烈的竞争中求生存、求发展。本文以湖南省第一师范学校为个案,分析了新升格高师院校发展所面临的挑战和机遇,阐明了湖南一师的办学理念和思路,总结了湖南一师为落实办学理念与思路所采取的措施,归纳了升格几年来湖南一师办学改革所取得的成绩。
With the rapid development of higher education of our country, it is very important for all newly level-upgraded local colleges to position and develop, which is useful to grasp the opportunities and challenges of development and survive in a competitive environments. This paper, by analyzing the case of Hunan First Normal School, should present the opportunities and challenges for these colleges, state the ideology of running school and summarize the methods adopted and achievements after up gradation.
