摘要
本文在偏氯乙烯-氯乙烯重量配比等于85/15的条件下,着重研究了引发剂浓度、温度等主要因素对悬浮共聚速率的影响,提出了共聚速率模型。在35~65℃温度范围内,建立了模型参数与聚合温度的关系式。在10~80%转化率范围内,本模型与实验结果能很好符合。
The effects of initiator concentration and polymerization temperature on the rate of vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride suspension copolymerization were studied in this paper. A rate model was proposed and the model parameters were evaluated at the temperature of 35- 37℃dX/dt=αXβ[1](?)exp(-γk(?)t)α=9.63×108exp(-68320//RT)β=-2.75×10-9exp(44080/RT)γ=0. 310The rate values calculated fron the model are in good agreement with experimental data at 10% -80% conversion range.
