摘要
关于旅游服务的研究,国外十分注重从旅游者的角度开展旅游服务感知、满意度等实证研究,国内则更多地关注旅游服务人员的对客心理、对客态度和对客技巧。旅游服务贸易也是国内学者研究的热点之一,这与我国旅游业发展更为注重经济导向的特征相吻合。
Most researches on tourism services in other countries are focused on tourists'feelings about services and the degree of contentedness. The researches in China, however, layemphasis on thepsychology, attitude and skills of the tourism service staff towards tourists. Another hot issue for researchers of China is tourism service trading, whichis quite in line with economic orientation of tourism development in the country.
