摘要
对影响高校学报源头质量的组稿工作 ,从转变组稿理念入手 ,剖析重视组稿策划与高校学报质量的关系问题 ,以正确认识组稿的客观规律为中心 ,探讨如何灵活运用组稿策划策略 ,扩大组稿范围 ,确保组稿质量 。
This paper starts with changing the concept of soliciting contributions and renewing the guiding ideas for soliciting contributions, and takes the awareness of the objective laws as the center. Then the authors further discusses approaches and methods concerning how to use the strategies in soliciting contributions, to enlarge the extent of soliciting contributions and to guarantee the quality in soliciting contributions, in order to improve the quality of university journals.
