摘要
根据计算机采集的生产数据,对大冶钢厂第四炼钢分厂的轴承钢在真空吹氩(VArD)精炼过程进行了系统分析和经验模化的研究。经反复整理和处理,共对100项工艺变量做了定量的统计评价,在此基础上借助于逐步回归分析,对一些重要的指标给出了初步的经验模型。 本研究工作对改进轴承钢的精炼效果、制定合理的精炼工艺,以及为轴承钢真空吹氩过程中微机控制技术的开发都提供了良好的依据。
On the basis of the industrial data collected by computer, system analysis and experimental modelling are carried out on the process of bearing steel VArDa refining in No. 4 Branch of the Da Ye Steel Works in this paper. Based on a quantitative statistic estimate of about 100 process factors, an experimental model concerned some important indexes is presented by stepwise regression analysis.The good basis is provided not only to improve the effect of bearing steel refining and lay down reasonable refining rules, but also to develop the computer control model on the vaccum argon bubbling process of bearing steel refining.
