摘要
本文导出了大气中斜压Rossby波的波作用量,并验证其与正压Rossby波的波作用量一样,具有守恒性。
The wave action of Rossby Wave in the baroclinic atmosphere has been introduced, and the consrvation of the Wave action has been proved as the wave action of Rossby Wave in the barotvopic atmosphere
