摘要
用溶胶 凝胶法在玻璃基片上制备了均匀透明的TiO2 薄膜 ,并以苯酚的降解反应为模型 ,研究了纳米TiO2 薄膜的光催化活性 .结果表明薄膜晶粒大小为 2 3.0nm ,呈锐钛矿型 ,沿 (1 0 1 )晶面具有择优取向性 ;1 0h内苯酚的降解率为 6 6 % ,苯酚光催化降解反应符合一级动力学规律 .
The uniform transparent anatase TiO 2 thin films composed by the crystallite size of 23.0?nm on the soda lime glass substrates and present oriented along (101) crystal plane were prepared by Sol Gel processing. The photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in water was used as a model reaction to evaluate the activity of TiO 2 films catalysis. The results demonstrated that phenol was degraded by 66?% after ten hours and phenol photodegradation reaction was in accordance with first order kinetic model.
