摘要
目的 比较术前使用罗库溴铵和利多卡因后术后肌痛 (POM )发生率。方法 选择 90例ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级手术患者 ,予以术前用药和全麻诱导 ,待患者入睡后静注肌松药 ,对照组、罗库溴铵组、利多卡因组分别预注生理盐水 2ml、罗库溴铵 0 .0 3mg/kg、利多卡因 1 .5mg/kg ,3min后每组均静注琥珀胆碱 1 .5mg/kg。用药前后测定患者血清钾、钙和血糖浓度。用药后即刻观察患者的肌颤情况。术后 48h用VAS法检测患者疼痛情况。结果 罗库溴铵组和利多卡因组以相近的效率减少血清钾的增加 ,对血钙和血糖影响不大 ;但利多卡因组缓解肌颤和疼痛效果优于罗库溴铵组。
Objective To compare the incidence of postoperative myalgia (POM) in subjects receiving pretreatment with rocuronium or lidocaine to find a good way to prevent POM. Methods 90 subjects,ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ,received preoperative medicine and anaesthetic induction. After sleeping, they respectively received 2ml physiological sodium chloride in control, 1.5 mg/kg lidocaine in lidocaine group,and 0.03mg/kg rocuronium in the rocuronium group.3 minutes later,all received 1.5 mg/kg succinylcholine.The blood potassium and calcium and glucose were measured before and after receiving medicine.Muscle fasciculations were observed at the beginning of receiving medicine.Myalgia was measured by using Visual Analog Scale Method at 48 hours after surgery. Results Rocuronium and lidocaine reduced the elevation of potassium at the same speed,but did not influence calcium and blood sugar.Pretreatment with lidocaine provided better relief from muscle fasciculations and myalgia than rocuronium. Conclusion Pretreatment with lidocaine can more efficiently prevent POM than rocuronium.
