摘要
[目的]观察奥沙利铂(L鄄OHP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5鄄Fu)和亚叶酸钙(CF)静脉滴注治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。[方法]40例晚期胃癌患者,第1天采用L鄄OHP130mg/m2静脉滴注2小时,CF200mg/m2静脉滴注2小时后,5鄄Fu500mg静滴30分钟后再用5鄄Fu2.0g/m2持续静脉滴注泵连续滴注48小时,每3周重复1次。化疗2个周期后评价疗效。[结果]全组完全缓解2例,部分缓解16例,近期有效率为45.0%;不良反应主要为感觉神经毒性。[结论]奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效较好,不良反应轻。
To evaluate the short-term efficacy and side effect of oxaliplatin combined with fluo-rouracil(5-Fu)and leucovorin(CF)in advanced gastric cancer.Forty cases with advanced gas-tric cancer were received oxaliplatin130mg/m 2 (2hours intravenous infusion in the first day)and CF200mg/m 2 followed by5-Fu500mg/m 2 (30minutes infusion)then5-Fu2.0g/m 2 (48hours continuous in-fusion)every three weeks.The efficacy were analyzed after two therapeutic cycles completed.The overall response rate was45.0%(CR,2cases;PR,16cases).Peripheral neuropathy was the main side effect(75%).[Conclusion]The oxaliplatin/5-Fu/CF regimen shows good efficacy with mild toxicity in treatment advanced gastric cancer.
