摘要
目的:研究大蒜素对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法:将用四氧嘧啶造模成功的糖尿病大鼠随机分为4组,即阳性对照组(喂基础饲料),高、中、低剂量组,服用不同剂量的大蒜素犤60mg/(kg·d),40mg/(kg·d),30mg/(kg·d)犦和基础饲料,3周后测大鼠血糖。结果:用药前后比较,高剂量组血糖由24.86mmol/L降到7.26mmol/L(t=3.77,P<0.01);中剂量组由23.15mmol/L降到15.80mmol/L(t=4.78,P<0.01);低剂量组由21.20mmol/L降到17.60mmol/L(t=2.65,P<0.05),与阳性组比较差异有显著性意义(t值分别为11.78,7.38,5.03,P<0.01)。结论:大蒜素能够降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,降糖效果与给药剂量成正相关。
AIM:To investigate the effects of galicin on the blood glucose levels of rats with diabetes mellitus(DM). METHODS:The rats with DM,established by alloxan,were divided into 4 groups:control group(fed by basic feed only),high,middle and low dosage group(fed by galicin of 60,40 and 30 mg/kg per day,respectively,besides basic feed).After 3 weeks,the levels of blood glucose of the rats were measured. RESULTS:After medication,the levels of blood glucose decreased form 24.86 mmol/L to 7.26 mmol/L in the high dosage group(t=3.77,P< 0.01),from 23.15 mmol/L to 15.80 mmol/L in the middle dosage group(t=4.78,P< 0.01),from 21.20 mmol/L to 17.60 mmol/L in the low dosage group(t=2.65,P< 0.05),and all were significantly different from that in the control group(t=11.78,7.38,5.03,P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:Garlicin can decrease the blood glucose levels in rats with DM,and the effect is positively related with the dosage of medication.
