摘要
目的:用血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiactroponinI,cTnI)作为心肌损伤标记物评价三七总甙片对经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(percutaneoustranslu-minalcoronaryangioplasty,PTCA)后心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:将240例术前cTnI正常的行PTCA的冠心病患者随机分为对照组(n=120),治疗组(n=120),对治疗组患者术前行三七总甙治疗9.34d。分别测定两组术前,术后6,12,24,48,72h的血清cTnI水平及进行随访,分析相关因素,比较两组间cTnI升高及出院后发生的心脏事件。结果:对照组中120例患者中23例术后cTnI升高,治疗组120例患者中12例术后cTnI升高,两组cTnI升高差异有显著性意义(χ2=2.71,P<0.05);随访发现:两组间心脏事件比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:三七总甙能减少PTCA术后cTnI的升高,对PTCA术造成的心肌损伤有保护作用。
AIM:To evaluate the effect of panax notoginseng (PNS) in protecting myocardial injury after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) by cardiac troponin I(cTnI) used as the marker of myocardial injury. METHODS:Totally 240 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) undergoing PTCA,who had normal cTnI before operation,were randomly divided into control group(n=120) and treatment group(n=120),and patients in the treatment group were treated with PNS before operation for 9.34 days.Serum levels of cTnI were measured before,6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after PTCA,respectively.The relative factors were analyzed,and the increase of cTnI level and occurrence of cardiac events after discharge were compared between the two groups. RESULTS:The serum cTnI levels of 23 cases increased in the control group,while 12 cases in the treatment group,and there was significant difference(χ2=2.71,P< 0.05).During the follow up,there was no significant difference in the occurrence of cardiac events between the two groups(P >0.05).CONCLUSION:PNS can reduce the increase of cTnI level after PTCA and has a protective effect against myocardial injury caused by PTCA.
