单螺旋槽管结构参数试验优化设计研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON OPTIMIZED DESIGN OF STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS FOR SINGLE SPIRALSLOT TUBES

摘要 对不同结构参数的 7根螺旋槽管进行摩擦阻力和传热的测量试验 ,并在测量数据的基础上建立了数学模型 ,给出约束条件 ;采用复合形法对数学模型进行寻优 ,并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较。在综合考虑传热和摩擦阻力因素后 ,找出强化传热螺旋槽管的结构参数。 The friction resistance and heat tansfer measuring tests have been carried out for seven spiral slot tubes, and mathematic model being established on the basis of measured data, and restrictive conditions being given. The mathematic model has been optimized by using composite shape method, and the calculated results being compared with the experimental results. The structural parameters of heat transfer strengthening spiral slot tube has been found after comprehensive consideration of factors about heat transfer and friction resistance.
