摘要 介绍了泰和站220kVGIS(gasinsulatedswitchgear)的寿命周期成本(LCC)的模型和计算方法,对大修、技术改造和设备更新3个方案进行LCC的比较,引用了国际上的GIS故障统计数据用于故障成本的分析和讨论,并对多种因素进行了灵敏度分析计算,为上海电力系统开展LCC管理研究项目提供了一个参照样板,也为工程实际方案选择提供依据。 The model and computation method used in the determination of the life cycle cost (LCC) of the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) of the Taihe substation were recommended.The LCC comparison of the three options namely,overhaul,technical retrofit and replacement of these GIS's were conducted.The statistical GIS fault data from abroad was used in the analysis and discussion of the fault costs and the sensibility analysis and computation were carried out for many factors providing thus a reference prototype of the study of the LCC management development of the Shanghai Power Grid and at the same time a basis for the selection from the real engineering options.
