摘要
针对我国现有铁路罐车洗罐站台仍在普遍沿用传统的蒸煮工艺的弊端,自主开发并研制了高压水射流铁路罐车清洗技术,并对其中的三项发明——清洗机、三维吊和清洗头(清洗器)等进行了详细介绍,同时对该项技术在铁路罐车中的应用情况进行了社会、经济效益分析。
The traditional steam cleaning method for railway tanker, which is generally used inchina, has some defects. The technique of high pressure water-jet was developed. Three inventionsin this technique .i.e. cleaner, 3-dimensional crab and cleaning head (washer) were described indetail, and social and economic benefits analysis of the application of the technique in railway tankerwere made.
