摘要
帕金森病 (Parkinson’sdisease ,PD)是一种较常见的老年性疾病 ,表现为运动神经紊乱。为了深入研究PD的发病原因及治疗手段 ,人们根据疾病的病理特点复制了不同的动物模型。本文综述了国内外采用大鼠和非灵长类动物复制PD模型的常用方法及L DOPA诱导的运动障碍。但不同的动物模型具有不同的特点 ,应根据实验的要求选择适当的模型。
Parkinson's disease(PD) is a common ailment in the elderly, showing neurochemical abnormalities and dyskinesia. In order to deeply research the cause and treatment of PD, different animal models have been established. In this article the authors described the development of several non-prinmate and rodent models with Parkinson's disease and L-DOPA induced dyskinesia. Because of their different traits, appropriate animal models should be chosen according to experiments.
