摘要
目的 观察复温对库血有形成分和血液生化的影响 ,为临床大剂量输入复温库血提供安全有效的理论根据和方法。方法 随机抽取 30份库存红细胞悬液 ,将每份血样分为对照组 (4℃ )和复温组 (37℃ ,水浴 10 min)。对两组进行血液有形成份和生化指标检测。结果 复温后血液红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、白细胞、血小板、血清 K+ ,Na+ ,Cl-无明显改变。结论 复温对库血有形成分和生化无影响 ,并可消除由于输注冷存库血而诱发的低体温并发症。
Objective To observe the effects of banked blood after rewarming on blood visible components and biochemical parameters and to offer theoretical basis and effective method for clinical massive transfusion.Methods Thirty banked blood samples were divided into two groups: experimental group (37℃) and control group(4℃). The visible components and biochemical parameters of these two groups ware measured.Results RBC, HB, HOT, WBC, PLT, K +, Na +, Cl - were not found significantly changed ( P >0.05). Conclusion Rewarming does not affect blood visible components and biochemical parameters of banked blood and it also can prevent the low body temperature complication following transfusion of cold banked blood.
