摘要
本文旨在探求古韵之幽两部交涉和现代汉语方言“子变韵”两种语音现象共通的音理基础 ,以此说明古音学原理贯穿时空的普遍意义和价值。
The connections of ZHI(之) and YOU(幽) rhymes in archaic Chinese have long been noticed in traditional Chinese phonology whereas the suffix Zi(子) related vowel mutations are rather newly-discovered and discussed dialect phenomena in contemporary Chinese. However, this does not prevent us from postulating the likelihood of their sharing the same or similar phonological basis.
