摘要
本文研究了新席夫碱3,5-二溴水杨醛缩氨基硫脲(简称3,5-DBSTS)的合成及其分析应用,提出了基于荧光熄灭测定微量银的分析方法。该法测定银简单、快速、灵敏。检出限为5.54μg/L;选择性和再现性均佳。
3,5-Dibromosalicylaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone (3,5-DBSTS) is described as a new fluorimetric reagent for the determination of trace silver. 3,5-DBSTS is synthesized by 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and thiosemicarbazide. Ag+ reacts with 3,5-DBSTS to form a complex which causes the fluorescence to quench, the extent of fluorescence quenching is linear over 0. 04-25μg/25ml for silver. The optimum pH range for the determination of fluorescence is 8-9 in buffer solution of borax-nitric acid. The molar ratio of complex is established to be 1 : 1. The fluorescence measurements are made at excitation and emission wave length of 385 and 500nm,respectively, using EDTA as masking agent, the method is free from interference of 14 cations investigated, and has been used to determine the trace silver in anode slime with satisfactory results.
