摘要
借助分配集箱微元控制体动量方程中静压分布参数与动量交换系数的关系 ,及三通中直管局部阻力系数的表达式 ,推导出分配集箱静压分布参数的表达式 .该表达式考虑了集箱结构尺寸和沿长度方向静压分布参数的不同 ,其计算结果与实验结果相符 .应用该式可方便。
The formula of static pressure distribution parameters of distributing headers was obtained on basis of the analysis of the momentum conservation equations of micro-control volume in distribution headers, the correlation of static pressure distribution parameter with the momentum exchange coefficient and the definition formula of the momentum exchange coefficient and the formula of straight pipe's local resistance coefficient in three-way pipe. The influences of size and distance from the entrance of the distributing header for static pressure parameters are included in this formula. The calculation results well agree with the experimental results. The calculation of the hydrostatic pressure distribution along the length of distributing header can be done conveniently and accurately by using this formula.
