脉压与急性冠脉综合征患者冠脉病变的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between the pulse pressure and the stricture of coronary artery in acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的 探讨急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者中脉压 (PP)水平与冠心病危险因素和冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法 将 74例ACS患者分为PP <65mmHg组 ( 2 0例 )和PP≥ 65mmHg组 ( 5 4例 )。分析 2组中年龄、性别、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、吸烟等冠心病危险因素以及冠脉血管狭窄程度。结果  ( 1)PP≥ 65mmHg组患者的危险因素明显多于PP <65mmHg组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中≥ 2个危险因素的患者在PP≥ 65mmHg组中高达 96.3 %(P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )PP≥ 65mmHg组冠脉狭窄程度与PP <65mmHg组比较差异无显著性。 结论 发生ACS时 ,PP大的ACS患者其危险因素多于PP小者 ; Objective To explore the relationship between the pulse pressure(PP) level and high risk factors of coronary heart disease and stricture of coronary artery in acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Seventy four cases of ACS were divided into two groups:twenty cases with PP<65mmHg and fifty four cases with PP≥65 mmHg.Risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed such as age,gender,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus and smoking and stricture of coronary artery in two groups.Result In group with PP≥65mmHg, the risk factors of coronary heart disease was more than that in group with PP<65mmHg, P <0.05,the and risk factors were no less than two in 96.3% of cases, P <0.01.2.There was no statistics difference in the stricture degree of coronary artery between two groups.Conclusions The risk factors in the cases with high PP levels are more than those in the cases with low PP level in ACS.There was no relativity between the PP and the stricture degree of corresponding coronary arteries in ACS.
