CPS及CCI灰阶超声造影成像技术诊断肝脏局灶性病变应用价值 被引量:40

Diagnosis of focal hepatic lesions with contrast-enhanced gray-scale ultrasonography with technique CPS and CCI

摘要 目的 探讨灰阶超声造影成像 (CE GUS)诊断肝占位性病变的应用价值。方法 应用CPS及AD CCI成像技术检查 3 9个肝脏局灶性病变 ,3 2个病灶同期检查基波彩色多普勒增强超声 (CE CDFI)。结果 CE GUS病灶内部血流信号显示率 97.44 % ,高于CE CDFI(P <0 .0 5 )。CE GUS诊断符合率为 92 .3 % (3 6/ 3 9) ,明显高于常规超声检查 (2 3 .1% )及CE CDFI(5 0 % ) ,P <0 .0 5。结论 CPS及CCI灰阶超声造影成像技术能清楚显示肝脏及肝肿瘤血液灌注 ,对肝脏局灶性病变的鉴别诊断有实用价值。 Objective To study the value of contrast enhanced harmonic gray-scale ultrasonography (CE-GUS) in the differentiation of focal hepatic lesions. Methods Thirty-nine solid focal lesions were examined by using contrast pulse sequencing (CPS) and coherent contrast imaging (CCI) imaging technique with SonoVue enhanced ultrasonography. Thirty-two lesions were also examined with contrast enhanced fundamental color Doppler imaging (CE-CDFI). Results The blood flow signal within lesions visualized by grey-scale contrast enhanced ultrasonography (CE-GUS, 97.44%) was significantly higher than that of result with CE-CDFI ( P <0.05). The positive diagnoses with CE-GUS according to the characteristic and dynamic enhancement (92.3%, 36/39) was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound (23.1%) as well as CE-CDFI (50%), P <0.05. Conclusion CPS and CCI, the contrast enhanced grey-scale ultrasonography technique, were useful for visualization of tissue perfusion and differentiation diagnosis for hepatic focal lesions.
