亚低温对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:13

摘要 综述在缺血期、再灌注期和缺血期持续至再灌注期 ,亚低温对脑缺血损伤的保护作用 ,并讨论了亚低温非特异性的和多部位性的作用模式。在实施方法上 ,对局部亚低温和全身亚低温的特点进行了对比 ,叙述亚低温的临床应用。
