摘要
目的 :应用组织芯片技术 ,探讨子宫颈癌、慢性宫颈炎伴黏膜上皮增生和正常子宫颈组织中抗凋亡基因BAG 1的表达及其意义。 方法 :组织芯片采用免疫组化DAKOEnvision法检测子宫颈癌组织、宫颈增生组织、正常宫颈组织中BAG 1的表达。 结果 :组织芯片中BAG 1在子宫颈癌组织中的表达比宫颈黏膜上皮增生组织、正常子宫颈组织中高 ,其阳性表达率为 5 2 .2 % ,在宫颈增生中的表达率为 1 3.0 % ,在正常宫颈组织中的表达率为 8.3% ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :BAG 1在子宫颈癌组织中表达较宫颈增生组织和正常子宫组织显著增高。凋亡相关基因BAG
Objective:To investgate the expressions of anti apoptotic gene BAG 1 in uterine cervical carcinoma (UCC) by tissue microarray, and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: Tissue microarray of 23 cases of uterine cervical carcinomas, 23 cases of Cervical hyperplasia and 12 cases of normal tissues were analyzed by DAKO Envision system with immunohistochemical staining for anti apoptotic gene BAG 1 expression, and rabbit anti huamn BAG 1 polyclonal antibodies were adopted. Results:The positive rate of BAG 1 expression in uterine cervical carcinoma, Cervical hyperplasia and normal tissues were 52.2%, 13.0%, 8.3% respectively, and significant differences were observed( P <0.05). Conclusion: There is an over expression of BAG 1 in uterine cervical carcinoma , it suggest that the expression of anti apoptotic gene BAG 1 may be related to UCC.
