摘要
目的 :对国产和进口两种硝酸异山梨酯静脉注射液的制剂质量进行考察 ,并对其进行药物经济学评价 ,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 :分别参照中国药典 2 0 0 0年版 ,中华医学检验全书 ,采用高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、渗透压摩尔浓度测定法、红细胞脆性实验、红细胞计数等 ,对两种硝酸酯类注射液进行质量考察。以成本 效果法 ,从药物经济学角度对其进行评价。结果 :两种产品的质量检查结果差异无显著性。但临床应用时均为等张溶液。通过药物经济学成本 效果方法分析 ,两者症状和心电图改善的成本 效果比值分别是 6 .16 ,9.5 4 ,8.0 9,12 .0 6。结论 :两种硝酸异山梨酯注射液均符合质量标准 ,临床应用均为等张溶液 ,国产硝酸异山梨酯注射液更具价格优势。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of two marketed siosorbide nitrate intravenous injections and provide some references for the reasonbaleness of the drug use by pharmacoeconomic analysis. METHODS HPLC、GC、freezing-point depression methods、 erythrocyte osmosis test and erythrocytometry were used to examine the qualityes of two isosorbid nitrate intravenous injectious.The reasenableness and economy of the drug use were analysed by using the pharmacoeconomics cost-effectiveness analysis method. RESULTS There was few differences existed in the assays of the two brands, both of them were isotonic solution. C/E of symptom and cardiogram of two products were 6.16、 9.54、 8.09 and 12.06.CONCLUSION It indicate that two brands are confirmed with their own product standards.Their qualityes were not remarkable difference. By pharmacoeconomic analysis, domestic product costed the lower expense in the same efficacy.
