摘要
主要介绍了中国产圆盘真空过滤机的技术数据、工作原理,以及在钛白粉生产中的生产运行情况,并与进口离心机的生产能力和能耗作了比较。结果表明,中国产圆盘真空过滤机的性能与引进机器相当,完全可以适应钛白粉的生产,并对设备及工艺进行了分析。
The technical data,working principle and running status of home-made disc vacuum filter in the production of TiO_2 are mainly introduced.The comparisms of capacity and consumption of the production between home-made disc vacuum filter and imported centrifugal are made.The results show that the performance of disc vacuum filter is equal to that of imported centrifugal and it is suitabe to use in the production of TiO_2.
