摘要
目的 探讨畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)在应招飞行员听力评定中应用的可行性与必要性。 方法 对民航招飞体检的 5 4名男青年 (10 8只耳 )进行纯音测听及DPOAE检查 ,根据纯音测听结果分组 ,并比较各组在DPOAE测试中信噪比 (SNR)及检出率的变化。 结果 高频听力损失组的纯音测听听阈值 (PT)及DPOAE信噪比值在各高频率测试点上都表现出了同正常组的显著差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;DPOAE的检出率在高频段也显著降低。各相应频率点的纯音听阈值与DPOAE的信噪比值之间呈现明显的负相关 ,纯音测听与DPOAE检测结果表现出明显的一致性。 结论 DPOAE在耳蜗功能障碍的早期诊断中具有客观、灵敏的特性 ,在招飞体检听力评定中有非常重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using distortion-product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) for medical selection of student pilots. Methods Fifty four young men (108 ears) were tested by pure tone audiometry and DPOAE. According to the results of pure tone audiometry,subjects were divided into three groups: normal hearing group,high frequency hearing loss group,and low frequency hearing loss group. The differences of signal noise ratio (SNR) and detectable rate of DPOAE between different groups were compared. Results Significant differences of SNR and detectable rate of DPOAE at high frequency points were found between high frequency hearing loss group and normal hearing groups P <0.05 or P <0.01. Moreover,DPOAE exposed hearing loss with normal pure tone threshold (PTT). Significant negative correlation between the PTT and SNR of DPOAE were found at various corresponding frequency points. Conclusion DPOAE is more sensitive in detecting early cochlea damage than the pure tone audiometry, and can be used as a tool for auditory screening of candidates of student pilots.
