摘要
学校体育伤害的法律责任要区分直接、间接 ;主观、客观 ;课间、课外和学生的民事行为能力。责任主体有学校、教师、学生或其他组织和个人。重点是要加强预防措施和建立意外伤害保险制度。
Legal liability of sports injury in the schools can be classified into direct and indirect,objective and subjective,in class and out of class,and students civil act ability.The subject of liability includes school,teacher,student,other organization and individual.The key point is to enhance the preventive measures and found insurance system for unexpected injury.
