单烷基聚氧乙烯醚端羟基的醚化研究 被引量:1

摘要 非离子表面活性剂是一类重要的表面活性剂,广泛用作乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、渗透剂、发泡剂,消泡剂等。其中,聚氧乙烯醚(PGE)衍生物除上述用途外,在肽的合成、相转移催化、蛋白质和细胞的提取等领域也有十分广泛的应用。聚氧乙烯烷基醚或酯衍生物是最重要的衍生物之一。由于其低泡性、粘度指数高、随温度变化小、倾点低、凝固点低、亲油性强、在酸碱中稳定及具有自身乳化性等优点,广泛用作高效消泡剂、匀染剂。 In this paper etherification of the terminal hydroxy groups of polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers was studied and a convenient method for the preparation of polyethylene glycol dialkyl ethers was afforded. Nine methyl, butyl and benzyl derivatives were obtained by using the Willinson synthetic method. The effect of reaction parameters on protective ratio was examined by using the optimum seeking method. The protective efficiency was evaluated by comparing the variation of hydroxy value. The best reaction conditions was found by experiment. It was also found that the protective ratio of methylation was higher than that of butylation while the protective ratio of benzylation was the lowest. The protective ratio of AEO_9 was equivalant to OP_8 and the protective ratio of AEO_3 was much worse.
