水稻芽鞘紫线抑制与反抑制现象的遗传及反抑制基因的SSR分析 被引量:4

Analysis on the Inheritance of Inhibition and Anti-inhibition of Coleoptile Purple Line in Rice and the SSR Location of A (i(t)) Gene

摘要 从芽鞘有紫线和无紫线的杂交组合中发现 6个组合的F2 代紫线有无比例为 13∶3,以无紫线且为不育系的亲本XNA为母本对组合XNA/ 2 1A15 0进行回交 ,BF1代的分离比例符合 1∶1。遗传分析表明 :水稻芽鞘紫线表达受抑制基因I和反抑制基因Ai(t) 的影响 ,I抑制芽鞘紫线C_A_P_系统中的P基因 ,Ai(t) 抑制I基因。以BF1构建了Ai(t) 基因的定位群体 ,SSR分析表明 :Ai(t) 基因与RM 335、RM 2 95、RM2 87、RM 2 1连锁 ,其遗传距离分别为2 8cM、10 2cM、13 9cM、2 6 1cM。 The ratio of purple line :no-purple line(13∶3) was observed in six different F 2 populations produced by crossing between parents with purple line and no-purple line in coleoptile. The backcross of XNA//XNA/21A150 (XNA,no-purple line and CMS,as the recurrent parent) resulted in a ratio of 1∶1 (purple line∶no-purple line). Genetic analysis showed that the expression of rice coleoptile purple line was influenced by two genes,inhibiting gene I and anti-inhibiting gene A (i(t)). I gene inhibits P gene of C_A_P_ system and A (i(t)) inhibits I gene,respectively. The gene pools of A (i(t)) a (i(t)) and a (i(t)) a (i(t)) were constructed with BF 1 of XNA//XNA/21A150. SSR analysis indicated that A (i(t)) gene was linked with the markers of RM335,RM295,RM287 and RM21 and the genetic distance from A (i(t)) to these four markers were 2.8 cM,10.2 cM,13.9 cM,26.1 cM,respectively.
