分析了高校物业管理存在的问题 ,提出了高校物业管理的发展对策 ,论述了高校物业管理发展模式 。
This article analyzes the problems existing in the realty management in colleges and universities,puts forward the developing countermeasures for the realty management in colleges and universities,discusses the developing models for the realty management in colleges and universities,and studies the structures of the realty management in colleges and universities.
