摘要
目的 :探讨鸦胆子油乳剂在体外对喉乳头状瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法 :将不同质量浓度的鸦胆子油乳剂加入体外培养的喉乳头状瘤细胞中 ,通过MTT法和流式细胞仪观察其对喉乳头状瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 :鸦胆子油乳剂对喉乳头状瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用 ,并且随药物质量浓度的增高及作用时间的延长而增强。结论 :鸦胆子油乳剂对喉乳头状瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用 。
To study the inhibition of Brucea Javanica Emulsion (BJE) on HPV positive tumor cells from laryngeal papilloma in vitro. Methods: Adding the Brucea Javanica Emulsion with different concentration on HPV positive tumor cells from laryngeal papilloma in vitro, and observing their inhibition in HPV positive tumor cells from laryngeal papilloma by MTT and FCM. Results: Brucea Javanica Emulsion had obvious inhibition on HPV positive tumor cells from laryngeal papilloma, the role was changed with concentration of drug and time prolongation.Conclusion:The Brucea Javanica Emulsion could obviously inhibit HPV positive tumor cells from laryngeal papilloma, which provided evidence for clinical application after surgical intervention.
