摘要
目的 研究 2 0Gyγ射线对大鼠肺β肾上腺素能受体再生成的抑调作用。 方法 采用受体的放射配体分析法 ,BAAM不可逆阻断 β受体做对照组 ,定量观察不同时相两组大鼠 β受体再生成Bmax变化。结果 β受体对辐射敏感 ,照后第 2 0天受体降到最低值 ,此后受体开始逐渐恢复 ,但再生成速率明显变慢 ,Pr为 ( 0 36± 0 0 3)× 10 9结合位点 /mg蛋白 h[对照组为 ( 8 2 0± 1 4 7)× 10 9],受体再生成的半更新时间比对照组晚 10 9d。结论 2 0Gyγ射线明显抑制 β受体再生成 ,使受体再生成速率变慢 ,受体半更新时间延长。
Objective To study the restrain and regulation on production of β-adrenergic receptors in Sprague-Dawley rat lung by 20 Gy γ-ray irradiation. Methods To determine production of β-adrenergic receptors(B max ) after irradiation and BAAM irreversible blockade by radioligand binding assay of receptors. Results β-adrenergic receptors were sensitive to γ-rays,and the sensitivity level declined to the lowest on day 20 after radiation,then the receptors were recovered gradually.But the receptor production rate(Pr) was slower,i.e.,Pr was (0 36±0 03)×10 9 sites/mg protein/h [control groups,(8 20±1 47)×10 9].The half-time of update(T 1/2 )was put off for 10.9 days as compared to BAAM group. Conclusion Production of receptors can be restrained by 20 Gy γ-ray irradiation,resulting in lower receptor production rate,and longer half-time of update(T1/2 ).
