Neurotoxicity of p-amyloid in Alzheimer' s disease

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种最常见的老年期痴呆综合征,其病因和发病机理未明。目前研究认 为β淀粉样蛋白(βamyloid protein,Aβ)在AD发病中起主要作用,文章就Aβ的产生、神经毒作用的表现、作用机制作一综述。 Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia among the elderly. However, the etiology and pathogenic mechanisms of AD are not fully understood. Recent evidence suggests that β-amyloid protein (Aβ) plays a key role in the development of Alzheimer's disease. This review focuses on the neurotoxicity mechanisms of Aβ.
