摘要
概述了我国企业选择长期筹资方式的基本原则,并对中外长期筹资资本市场的现状进行了对比,最后结合海南航空公司的实际情况分析了我国企业长期筹资策略的现实选择问题。
This paper outlines the basic principles with which the enterprises select the way of long term financing in China,and compares the current situation of capital market of long term financing in China with that in the foreign countries,finally analyzes the realistic selecting problem of long term financing strategy of the enterprises in China combining the actual conditions of Hainan Airlines.
