摘要
20世纪90年代以来,供应链管理引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注,成为企业获取竞争优势的有利武器,许多企业通过供应链管理获得了巨大成功。但与此同时,也有不少企业由于选择了错误的供应链而恶化了企业绩效。正确的供应链选择必须与企业提供的产品相匹配,针对不同产品的特点以及不同模式下的供应链,提出了与产品相匹配的供应链选择策略。
Since the 1990s, the academies and industries have paid close and extensive attention to supply chain management, which has been one of the most advantageous weapons for enterprises to succeed. Many enterprises have got brilliant achievements by implementing supply chain management; and meanwhile some enterprises worsen their performance because of selecting wrong supply chain. The right supply chain selection must match the products provided by enterprises. This paper studies the characteristics of different kinds of products and different modes of supply chain, and provides a solution on how to select a right supply chain according to the product.
