摘要
通过试验,分析了超声振动挤压强化各工艺参数对其强化效果的影响规律,指出了这些工艺参数的选取原则,为生产实际中更好地应用这种新的光整工艺方法提供了可靠的参考依据。
A new technique strenthening metal surface with ultrasonic roller extrusion method was put forward in the paper. As continuation of the research, the relations between the technique processing condition to the technique processing results was studied. As the results of the investigation, the method how to determine the technique processing conditions is proposed in this paper.
