摘要
研究了 Ni-B-SiC-RE 复合镀层的工艺及性能。结果表明,稳定剂在化学复合镀过程中起决定性作用;添加适量稀土元素(RE)不仅能增加复合镀层中 SiC 的含量,提高复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性,而且还能细化晶粒;复合镀层的耐磨性随镀层中 SiC 含量的增加而提高,经400℃×1 h 和500℃×1 h 热处理后,复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性分别达到最佳值。
Technology and properties of electroless composite Ni-B-SiC-RE coatings have been investi- gated.Results show that stablizer plays decisive role in electroless composite Ni-B-SiC:addition of appropriate quantity RE into Ni-B-SiC bath not only increases SiC in composite coatings, their hardness and wear resistance,but also improves crystallite fineness,wear resistance increases with increase of SiC.Hardness and wear resistance of composite coatings reach peak values after heat-treated at 400℃ and 500℃ for 1 h respectively.
