摘要
从分析液动冲击器易损件失效原因入手,运用摩擦学、泥浆冲蚀等理论,寻求解决问题的途径。通过140h的初步试验,钻进效率提高27%,岩矿心采取率提高25%,各易损件无一损坏,均可继续使用,且弹簧和橡胶密封圈的寿命已达到国内先进水平。
The causes for a hydraulic persussive device ceasing to be effective are analysed and the methods for overcoming this difficultywere found.A preliminary test for 140 hours was conducted and good results were yielded with drilling efficiency raising to 27%,core recovery to 25%,amd no demage for easy wearing parts.The lifetime of the spring and rubber sealed gaskets are relatively pro-longed.
