摘要
采用对果实称重量、量直径、打孔和Lab色空间法对桃进行套袋处理 ,用邓肯氏新复极差法测验进行分析 ,研究套袋对果实品质的影响。结果表明 ,套袋能有效地改善果实的果色 ,增加重量和大小 ,使硬度变小 ,提高果实品质。
s: The effects of covering fruit with bag before harvest on the quality of peach was studied. The dynamic weight, diameter, solidity and soluble matters of the fruit were measured and then analyzed with Duncan's Test. The result indicated that, the covering treatment could improve the colour, increase the weight and size, decrease the solidity and improve the quality of peach fruit.
