摘要
该文通过研究冬小麦体内生化组分之间的相互关系得出,开花期叶片全氮含量与类胡萝卜素与叶绿素a的比值之间存在极显著的负相关,决定系数为0.7245,通过研究光谱指数与叶片生化组分的关系得出开花期冬小麦叶片的类胡萝卜素与叶绿素a的比值与光谱结构不敏感植被指数(SIPI)之间存在极显著的正相关,决定系数达到0.7207,且研究了冠层生化组分与籽粒品质指标间的关系,得出开花期叶片全氮与籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋、干面筋和沉降值之间存在极显著正相关。小麦不同品质指标间存在相关性,其中蛋白质品质性状间的粗蛋白含量与湿面筋含量、干面筋含量和沉降值之间极显著的正相关性;淀粉品质性状间的高峰粘度与低谷粘度、最终粘度和糊化时间之间达到显著正相关水平。表明运用开花期的光谱结构不敏感植被指数来反演叶片的类胡萝卜素与叶绿素a的比值,进而反演叶片全氮和籽粒品质指标是切实可行的。
Remote sensing offers the potential to determine rapidly the physiological conditions of wheat in wide areas, and spectral reflectance measurement at leaf and canopy scales in the field provides a promising, expeditious and nondestructive way to gather information in a relatively wide area in a short-term duration. With the development of space techniques, remote sensing is being broadly applied in agriculture. This study has shown that there are robust correlations between spectral index of Structure Insensitive Pigment Index(SIPI)and the ratio of carotenoid to chlorophyll content, and foliar total nitrogen concentration and grain quality indicators at anthesis stage. The predictions of grain protein and wet gluten content by foliar total nitrogen concentration at anthesis stage were surprisingly good, so it is possible to estimate grain quality indicators by canopy spectrum at anthesis stage.
