摘要
国际关系研究已经经历了三个阶段。人际关系和文化关系正成为国际关系研究的新重点。在今天 ,各国和各民族文化依然是神圣的 ,同时也将逐渐成为人类“现代文明”的丰富的“亚文化”。我们需要多元的“亚文化” ,必须容忍可能的“反文化” ,但不能姑息“反文明”“反人类”
International relations studies have undergone three stages. Interpersonal relationship and cultural relation have become the new focus in international relations studies. Today, different countries and national cultures are still highly valued, but are evolving into subcultures of 'modern civilization' of mankind. We need multiple subcultures and should tolerate possible 'anti-culture', but not to accept any actions or behaviours of 'anti-civilization' and 'anti-mankind'.
