摘要
目的 :探讨脱细胞猪真皮基质一次覆盖治疗浅二度烧伤的临床护理。方法 :使用脱细胞猪真皮基质一次覆盖治疗 2 38例浅二度烧伤病人 ,总结基质治疗过程中的护理重点。结果 :基质治疗浅二度烧伤护理重点是 :密切观察肢端血运、呼吸、体温情况 ;注意调节敷料的松紧度 ;做好体位护理、特殊部位护理、创面护理及心理护理。结论 :脱细胞猪真皮基质一次覆盖治疗浅二度烧伤 ,临床疗效满意 。
Objective: To discuss the clinical nursing in the treatment of superficial Ⅱ° burn wounds with porcine acellular dermal matrix(ADM) with one dressing. Method: 238 patients suffering from superficial Ⅱ°burn wound were treated with porcine ADM with one dressing. The nursing essentials were summed-up in the treatment of superficial Ⅱ° burn wounds with porcine ADM with one dressing. Result: The nursing essentials were observation of blood end circulation, breathing, temperature, regulating degree of tightness of ADM, position nursing, special part nursing, burn wound nursing and mental care. Conclusion: In the treatment of superficial Ⅱ° burn wounds with porcine ADM with one dressing, the clinical effect is satisfaction, the careful observation and comprehensive nursing may play an important role.
