摘要
文章从电子期刊的资源配置、读者需要及服务现状三方面分析讨论目前我国高校图书馆电子期刊建设及管理中存在的问题及缺陷 ,指出电子期刊服务的有效措施及发展方向。
The paper discusses the resources allocation,reader necessary and reader srvice of electronic-journals and points out the problems exiting in electronic-journals management,puts forwards some available methods and developing tendency of reader service.
