摘要 目的了解血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)在青年消化性溃疡中的变化,是否可作为判断病情严重程度和预测的指标。方法对78例青年消化性溃疡和63例青年健康者采用免疫比浊法检测血清CRP,比较溃疡急性期与恢复期患者CRP水平。结果消化性溃疡急性期CRP阳性检出率为85.9% (36.6±23.7mg/l),其中胃窦溃疡与复合性溃疡的CRP阳性检出率分别为90.9%(58.3±21.5 mg/l)与100%(59.5±21.3 mg/l),而溃疡静止期CRP阳性检出率为70.8%(17.9±4.1 mg/1)。对照组CRP阳性检出率为11.1%(14.4±3.8mg/l)。结论血清CRP阳性检出率在青年消化性溃疡中检出率高,CRP水平的低高与病变轻重程度呈正相关,可作为估计消化性溃疡病情程度的指标。 Objectives To understand the changes of C-reactive protein (CRP) in young patients with peptic ulcer and whether the CRP can serve as the marker for the severity of the disease. Methods The serum CRP was measured in 78 young patients with peptic ulcer and 63 healthy individuals to analyse the relationship between acute and healing stages of peptic ulcer. Results During the acute stage of peptic ulcer, the positive rate is 85.9% (36.6 ± 23.7 mg/l), during the acute stage of gastric ulcer and complex ulcer, the positive rate are 90.9% (58.3 ±21.5 mg/l) and 100% (59.5 ±21.3 mg/l), respectively. During the quiescence stage of ulcer, the positive rate is 70.8% (17.9 ± 4.1 mg/l), and the positive rate of CRP in the healthy individual is 11.1% (14.4 ± 3.8 mg/l). Conclusion The positive rate of serum CRP in the patients with peptic ulcer is higher,and the change of the serum CRP has a positive correlation with the severity of peptic ulcer, and may be a predictive marker for the ulcer severity.
