摘要
目的 建立以正丙醇为内标物 ,测定藿香正气水中甲醇残留量的毛细管顶空气相色谱法。方法 以美国 Agilent公司 DB-62 4弹性石英毛细管柱 (3 0 m× 0 .5 3 mm× 3μm)作为分析用色谱柱 ,柱温为 10 0℃ ,高纯氮作载气 ,柱流速 2 m L· min- 1 ,分流比为 2∶ 1;Agilent 7694E顶空进样器 ,顶空瓶加热温度为 80℃ ,加热 3 0 min;检测器为 FID,温度为 2 5 0℃ ;进样口温度为 2 0 0℃。结果 甲醇在 5 2 .87~ 13 2 1.67μg· m L - 1浓度范围内与甲醇峰面积和正丙醇峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ;最低检出浓度为 2 .11μg· m L - 1 ;平均回收率为 98.6% ,RSD=1.78%(n=9)。 结论 本法快速、简便和准确 ,适用于藿香正气水中甲醇残留量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a headspace sampling capillary GC method with propanol as internal standard for the determination of methanol in Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui.METHODS A Agilest DB-624 capillary column(30m×0.53mm×3μm)was used at 100℃。N_2 was carrier gas at a column flow rate of 2mL·min -1 ,split rate was 2∶1.The Agilent 7694E headspace sampling was used at heated temperature 80℃.RESULTS The linear range of this method in methanol was 52.87~1321.67μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999).The least detective concentration was 2.11μg·mL -1 .The average recovery rate was 98.6%,RSD=1.78%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method is a rapid,simple,accurate,which suitable for determination of the residual methanol in Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui.
