摘要
阐述了风险投资的发展与特点。论述了风险投资在医院投资项目中的作用 ,即风险投资是医院可靠的融资渠道 ,风险基金的投资乘数为医院发展提供原动力、风险投资项目将促进医院经营管理水平的提高。指出了在风险投资运作程序中要加强控制管理 ,如项目的选择、运行方式选择及创业基金使用管理。
The paper discusses the development and characteristics of venture capital and its role in the operation of hospital investment projects. It argues that venture capital is a reliable source of fundraising for the hospital, the investment multiplier of risk funds constitutes a driving force for the development of the hospital, and the operation of venture capital projects will promote the improvement of the hospital's managerial and administrative expertise. It is pointed out that in the process of venture capital operation, it is imperative to strengthen management in terms of as project selection, operational mode selection, and the use of funds for starting new projects.
