糖化血清蛋白与糖尿病视网膜病变 被引量:2

The relationship between glycosylated serum protein and diabetic retinopathy

摘要 糖化血清蛋白经血中葡萄糖与白蛋白发生的非酶化作用形成,反映抽血前2~3wk血糖水平,检测简便、快速、准确,已成为临床上监控糖尿病中短期血糖情况的良好指标.同时,糖化血清蛋白水平反映糖尿病视网膜病变的发生及其发展情况,检测糖化血清蛋白水平有利于早期预防和治疗糖尿病视网膜病变. Glycosylated serum protein is formed by the reaction between glycose and albumin in the blood stream, which reflects the serum levels of glucose 2-3wk before withdrawal. This approach was thought to be convenient, prompt and accurate, and has been an appropriate marker in detecting the metaphase and short-term changes of serum levels of glucose in diabetics. It can also reflect the condition of diabetic retinopathy thus is helpful for early prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
