摘要
目的 分析地贫筛查血样的血红蛋白成分。方法 应用SEBIA 公司的HYDRASYS system 作血红蛋白琼脂电泳 (PH8.6)。结果 491例中372例呈正常人血红蛋白电泳区带,83例呈β-地中海贫血样血红蛋白电泳区带,8例呈α-地中海贫血样电泳区带,7例呈α、β-地中海贫血样血红蛋白电泳区带,21例呈异常血红蛋白电泳区带。结论 利用琼脂电泳可达到地贫筛查目的,对进一步检测及病情诊断具重要意义。
Objective To analyse the hemoglobin variants of Samples for thalassemia trait.Methods Fore handred and ninty-one samples of thalassemia traid were electrophoresised by HYDRASYSsystem SEBIA to detection of hemoglobin. Results In 491 case of hemoglobin electrophoresis, thereare 372 of normal,83 of β- thalassemias, 8 of α-thalassemias,7 of α、β-thalassemias,21 ofhemoglobinopathies. Conclusions The resulting electrophore-grams are evaluated for thalassemias orhemoglobinopathies,and it should help to follow to comfirm the identification of hemoglobin and helpto diagnosis of thalassemias.
